Wicker Furniture Store is confident that you'll be satisfied with your purchases. However, if you are not, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange items.

Return Conditions

• Item Condition: Returned items must be brand-new, unused, and in the original manufacturer's packaging. All parts, accessories, registration cards, and related documentation must be included to receive credit.
• Non-Refundable Shipping: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds are typically processed within 8 business days after receiving the returned item

Documentation Required

• Images and Videos: We require images and videos of the product in its original box, along with any accompanying documentation, for processing returns.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom Orders: Customized, made-to-order, and personalized items cannot be returned due to their unique nature.
